Triple Threat — Deals worth $677.50

Hey folks, I’ve written about Swagbucks.com in the past, but there’s a few deals that have come up recently that I thought it worth mentioning. If you’re unfamiliar with Swagbucks, it’s basically a massive cashback site where you can earn points or cashback in the form of “SB.” These SB can be redeemed easily 1SB : 1 cent in the form of gift cards or just straight up cash if you decide to cash out via paypal. Once a month you can also get even better than 1:1 redemptions if you get one that’s on sale:

I myself routinely get the $25 dollar Amazon gift cards for 2,200 SB (equivalent to $22 dollars).

If you’re new to Swagbucks, please consider supporting this blog and using my referral link to earn $13 dollars worth of SB: https://www.swagbucks.com/register?rb=10826501&cmp=72&cxid=1200-twitter. Opening an account is completely free, and as you’ll see below, frequently Swagbucks has lots of promotional offers for random signups, and often times I’ve found that the signups on Swagbucks are usually as good if not slightly better than whatever public offer that’s available.

After you open an account, to get access to each of the following offers, simply type in either “SoFi,” “Chime,” or “Upgrade” in the search bar and you should see the deal immediately pop-up near the top of your screen.

There’s actually 4 concurrent offers currently for SoFi right now, and if you complete all 4, you can earn up to $377.50:

I’ve been using SoFi personally for the last few years now because they have ATM reimbursements for international ATMs, which is absolutely awesome if you need to pull local currency out while traveling.

Even without the ATM fees, SoFi is a pretty solid option to park your fiat as they’re offering 2.50% APY in interest savings. They also have Crypto buying options which a worth the $50 dollars in free money, but honestly I wouldn’t use it as your main Crypto-stack because it’s not through a self-custody wallet.

I’ve opened up a Chime account in the past simply for the signup bonus, and then after a few months of direct deposit, I pulled my money out and forgot about it. So for actual usage of Chime, I can’t speak much about it. However I did get my payout and saw little risk, seeing as this (like all the other deals in list) are all FDIC insured.

Regardless if you just use this for the $100 signup bonus or not, Upgrade seems like a pretty solid option for just a regular cashback card as you can earn 2% cashback on common every day expenses, and then 1% cashback on everything else.

If you take a look at the terms above, you’ll notice that all they really require is a $25 dollar deposit — this is far better than the standard referral link that also offers $100 dollars but also requires that you complete 3 debit card purchases within 60 days:

IMO I think a $25 dollar deposit requirement is a lot easier, especially if you’re unsure of how much you’ll actually use your Upgrade card.

Free money is always awesome, and as I’ve mentioned before, all the above options are FDIC insured, which means essentially that your funds are backed by the Federal government for at least up to $250,000, so in my eyes there’s not that much risk going into any of these signups. I think the biggest pain is just making sure that your offer tracks — I’ve had maybe a 90% success rate for all the different Swagbucks offers I’ve done over the years, but you’ll have to go through customer service if your bonus doesn’t post. That being said, I’ve been using Swagbucks for 8 years now and I’ve been able to earn 1000’s of dollars back over that time.
