We are proud to announce the public testnet launch of our Unstoppable:DEX Early Beta on Arbitrum Testnet!
As promised to our community at the beginning of the year, we are happy to now be able to show you guys and girls what we have been working on behind the scenes.
And while it is still far from the final vision we have, we do hope that it will give the community an idea which direction we are moving in and how we are trying to execute our vision of making crypto & DeFi more accessible to everyone and provide the best risk/reward opportunities in the space!
This first version of our Unstoppable:DEX highlights our focus on great UX and intuitive UI and our vision to build a complete replacement for centralized exchanges and make them obsolete.
It is of course only a first step in that direction but an important one.
Over the coming weeks we will continue to push small and large improvements and new features on our journey to build out the fully feature complete alternative to CEXs.
And of course we are really looking forward to hear your feedback! Which parts do you like, which parts still need work, what is missing and what would you like to see next?
How this Early Beta fits into the full picture
As mentioned before this is the first public testnet version available to our community and testers to take for a test run.
It is not feature complete. There are still some bugs and some UX flows that need work and will change over the coming weeks.
But it does give you an insight into what we’re up to at Unstoppable and that you can help us steer in the right direction.
This version of the UI is focused on minimalism, simplicity and intuitive UX.
At a later stage we will also provide an advanced version for the professional traders, including liquidity heatmaps, volume profiles, advanced order types and API access for easy automation.
Not even 8 weeks ago we decided to take on the challenge of making centralized exchanges obsolete.
Since then we have published the corresponding Litepaper, built the first version of the smart contracts allowing leveraged trading and single sided LPing without impermanent loss as well as the UI & UX concept and first implementation of our vision for a minimalistic, modern user interface with a full focus on great user experience that both experienced and novice traders will hopefully love to use on a daily basis.
About three weeks ago we also decided that we can‘t launch even a first testnet version without Take Profit and Stop Loss orders — that just wouldn‘t feel complete.
Adding such a large feature without moving the deadline has on the one hand lead to some stressful days for the dev team but on the other hand was very important for us to show to our community, that we are committed to develop great products and are not willing to cut corners yet also keep our deadlines.
There is a lot more to come over the coming weeks and months and we‘d love to hear from you what you think about our work and vision so far.
Limit orders and the backend execution engine for the take profit and limit orders will go live in the coming days.
The Testnet Beta is fully public for everyone to try
Just head over to: https://dex-beta.unstoppable.ooo and give it a try!
The contracts are deployed on Arbitrum Goerli Testnet and we‘ve implemented a faucet supplying you with some test eth for gas as well as minting you some test USDC and test WETH when you connect your wallet so you can get started right away.
We are big proponents of privacy and we suggest you set up a dedicated test wallet whenever experimenting with new dApps, the Unstoppable:DEX included.
For the Beta we do have crash analytics in place to track if there are any major issues occurring for users, but we do not track any users or wallets individually or actively.
Alternatively just come to our discord or telegram and our team or other community members will be happy to help you out!
And with all that said, we do hope you enjoy taking the first version of the Unstoppable:DEX for a spin and give us some feedback on it!
